You’ve got products to sell, appointments people can book, or events you want to fill. Open for Business makes building your Shopify website accessible through a manageable monthly service, with support to develop it, look after it and connect it to your marketing.

We begin with the essentials, then build your pages, content and customer journeys over time. Your monthly investment pays for dedicated work on your business, with clear priorities and the option to add more time when you need it.

Who is this for?

Made for sole traders, makers, artists, independent shops, practitioners, workshop leaders and small businesses who want to sell or take bookings online without having to tackle everything at once.

You might be starting from scratch, moving from another website platform, or improving an existing Shopify store. Whether you sell physical products, offer appointments or run classes and events, we shape the work around how your business operates.

What’s included?

Shopify Build & Care starts at £90 per month and includes up to two hours of build and care work each month. We agree your priorities and use that time where it will help most. Work can include:

• Getting started: Shopify setup, basic pages, navigation and a clear layout for your customers.
• Building your website: developing pages and content, adding products and services, and improving the experience of buying or booking.
• Moving into Shopify: planning and carrying out an agreed migration from another platform.
• Appointments and events: setting up suitable apps for calendars, bookings or ticket sales.
• Funnels and landing pages: creating clear routes from search, social posts and email towards a purchase, booking, enquiry or signup.
• Newsletters and visibility: signup forms, email campaigns and search visibility foundations, including site structure, page titles and indexing setup.
• Ongoing care: keeping pages, products and event information current, checking agreed features and making improvements as your business develops.

These are the areas we can work on within your allowance, rather than a promise to deliver every feature each month. All included time covers planning, communication, hands-on work and checking. Larger websites and migrations can progress across several months; we agree a realistic first milestone before beginning.

Choose your monthly support

• Shopify Build & Care — £90/month: up to two hours of build and care work.
• Build & Care + Strategy or Implementation — £120/month: two hours of build and care, plus an additional 30 minutes.
• Build & Care + Extended Strategy or Implementation — £150/month: two hours of build and care, plus an additional 60 minutes.

Use your additional time for a strategy discussion, hands-on implementation or a mixture of both. We can plan your next steps, answer questions, work together on your website or carry out agreed improvements.

Extra help when you need it

Additional strategy or implementation sessions are available at £40 for 30 minutes or £80 for 60 minutes. The monthly bundles save £10 or £20 compared with booking that extra time separately. Message me to arrange additional sessions or discuss a larger allowance.

Support from a Shopify Partner

I’m a Shopify Partner with extensive digital marketing experience. I can build for you, work alongside you or help you learn to manage more yourself. The aim is a website you understand, with practical support that fits your business and budget.

First payment and ongoing monthly payments

Your purchase here is a one-off payment for the first month of your chosen monthly service. This checkout does not set up automatic repeat payments through Shopify.

After purchase, we’ll arrange ongoing payments at the same monthly rate separately, by Direct Debit, standing order or another agreed payment method. Any payment mandate, billing date and cancellation terms will be agreed with you before recurring payments begin.

How the pricing works

This is a monthly build and care service: your website develops within your chosen monthly time allowance. Your ALOE Strategies fee covers my work and support.

Your Shopify subscription is paid separately, directly to Shopify through your own account. Any paid apps, themes, domain costs and payment processing fees are additional where applicable. We discuss the overall costs and suitable tools before setup.
